– Buyer-remorse, preference changes, fit issues, ordinary wear consistent with the description, or issues disclosed before purchase are generally not eligible for refunds
– Before shipment, either party may request cancellation through supported platform flows; responsibility, fees, and refund allocation follow the applicable Showchase Terms and Conditions and transaction rules
– Return shipping allocation depends on the circumstances and may be assigned to the responsible party or otherwise determined through support review<\/p>

12. Platform Role<\/p>

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Showchase operates the platform but is not the seller of user-listed goods, does not take title to those goods, and is not a common carrier. The sales contract for a user-listed item is generally formed between the buyer and the seller.<\/p>
